Can someone tell me if something like this exists? I tried searching for it but as most of us know the Nexus website's search machanics are crap and Google does. I am doing a no fast travel playthrough. I have already installed a mod which adds roads to the Skyrim map, and I refuse to use the carriages in place. The main mod I am looking for is one that allows you to see quest markers on the Skyrim map without manually toggling all the quest objectives in the journal. The complete list of Skyrim Special Edition console commands is insanely long, and savvy PC players can change just-about anything in the world with a few commands. There’s so much info out. Anyone else encounter this problemI encountered this problem with the Whiterun Hold territory. Ended up putting my saves in a backup folder, then I uninstalled and reinstalled Skyrim. Afterward I was able to put my backed up sve file into the Saves folder and load my save file and go to/fast travel to the offending area. May have had texture files corrupted or something that the fresh install fixed, don't know the technical details, but I do know that worked for me.Regards,BramPosts: 3605 Joined: Mon Jul 23, 2007 6:14 pm. It has a few missing (purple textures etc.) so I opted to keep it off for the time being. Are you using any mods? What version of the game did you start this character at? I ask because my first character is so borked that I ditched him. I have one that I started at 1.3 and another I started at 1.4. Also whenever a patch comes out I tend to uninstall the game clean my registry and then reinstall it. Maybe not necessary but seems to work for me.Posts: 3514 Joined: Thu Jun 28, 2007 9:31 pm. Hmmm where can I look to verify if I have the 1.4 patch and where to deselect the hd texture pack if I have it on? Skyrim Mod Fast Travel Anywhere PcI bought the game a month ago so im pretty sure I started the game on 1.3. I checked steam and it's set to automatic whenever any updates avail. So maybe im on 1.4 and never noticed it since it automatically updates? But why would the texture map only effect me traveling to Markarth to do that quest and not effect me doing the others? Really weird. No mods installed either.Posts: 3368 Joined: Fri Aug 17, 2007 8:44 pm. He's obviously not running any mods, if the only thing on his data tab is skyrim.esm.Red, load the last save and save again to a new save. Then, restart the game and try the same thing with the new save.I know I said the same thing above, but, you didn't -by any chance- touch anything in Skyrim.ini or SkyrimPrefs.ini, did you?.As for how to see what version you're running, start the game up, load a save, press escape and at the bottom left corner of the popup window, you'll see your game's versionPosts: 3416 Joined: Wed Apr 18, 2007 6:22 am. In聽The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, there are a lot of followers in the game that can tag along and help you fight, carry your items, etc.The AI for these followers isn’t always the best, so they can get into trouble sometimes and lose their way. Typically they will try to find a path to you, but every now and then they can get lost, so what do you do?The first thing to try is to Fast Travel to a new location. Bring up the map, click on a place you’ve visited before, and select Fast Travel. This will teleport you quickly to that location, and will typically bring any follower to that location as well, regardless of where they were.If that doesn’t work, look in your house, or the spot you originally encountered them. If they’re not there, try to wait or sleep for three days. If you left your follower waiting somewhere, they will stop waiting on you after three days and return home.Unfortunately if that doesn’t work, it can mean that they wandered off and died, and hopefully you have a saved game before that point.Remember kids. Save early, save often! The Witcher 3: best modsHow to install modsThe easiest way to install mods would be to use the. It removes the requirement of visiting a signpost in order to fast travel. Instead, you can choose a point on the map and transport there no matter where you are. Stuck in a boat off the coast of Ard Skellig? Just open up your map, choose a destination and away you go.The Witcher 3’s map is busy as it is and it’s easy to get overwhelmed by the volume of activities. For those of you who are easily distracted from the main quest by side missions, this could be the mod for you. This mod allows you to select and track more than one quest at any given time. You can also change your priority task from the map instead of going through the quest log.Merchant locations can also be cached to make them easier to find. Now that you’ve sharpened up your surroundings and fast travelled back to the mainland, it’s time to install a mod that lets you soak up the world around you.Friendly Meditation lets you meditate in real time, watching the weather change and the sun rising or setting. Many players complained they missed this feature and didn’t like just watching the hands on the sundial move forward, so this mod is perfect if you want to watch the world go by as you rest.Photo modes are increasingly popular in triple-A titles these days. My favourite one can be found in God of War where you can force Kratos to have an overbearing grin. While you can’t pose Geralt with this photo mode, you can freeze the game and spawn certain weather conditions to add some flair. All you need to do now is draw your sword, hit Quen and dive into battle. If – like me – you simply must pick up every lootable object in sight, then this mod will make the task less laborious. You can filter what kinds of items you want to automatically pick up and what you want to leave behind, so you won’t end up with as much junk in your inventory. Or, you can set it to pick up everything because you’re a hoarder and that’s how you like it.It’s only logical, then, that we include a mod that will let you carry everything you want. By now you’ll have found a decent amount of merchants and can fast travel directly to them to sell off your goods. These mods are very useful in the opening hours of The Witcher 3 as you’ll have loads to trade and can earn a lot of gold quite quickly. This mod was created by one of The Witcher 3 devs, Andrzej Kwiatkowski. It comes with a bunch of tweaks, nerfs and buffs that make the game much more balanced but also far more dangerous. If you’re looking for a good overhaul of the major systems in The Witcher 3 then this mod is perfect.I’ve put as many hours into playing Gwent as I have the main storyline and side quests in The Witcher 3. It can be slow at the start to build up a decent deck and not lose to every merchant you plays a quick round of Gwent with you. Gti game free download. As enemies level with you, they’ll display new combat behaviours and attacks, making battles much more challenging and varied. If you’ve managed to bag Grandmaster Ursine gear then this mod is really going to shake things up for you as you won’t be anywhere near as overpowered. The CD Projekt Red E3 2014 showcased a battle between Geralt and a water hag with what was deemed the perfect dodge system. For one reason or another, the dodge system was overhauled for release, adding in a few more pirouettes and flair. This mod recreates the dodge system from the E3 showcase, keeping the rest of the combat much the same. It makes targets easier to hit as Geralt and his sword are always pointing forward, as opposed to rolling away and facing the other direction accidentally.Eating food during or after battles is a great way to regain health, particularly if you have the Gourmet perk active. You can always hunt game and sell their meat for a small profit. If you’re tired of running around looking for animals to kill, this mod will increase the loot dropped by animals. You could end up with half a dozen bear skins in one go, so it’s lucky you installed that weight increase mod early, eh?If repairing weapons is too laborious a task for you, then this mod should make your playthrough a little easier. The entire weapon degradation system is pulled from the game with this mod, which means you won’t need to waste precious kits on repairing broken weapons before selling them. It’s a relatively small change in comparison to some of the other mods on this list, but it’s a welcome one nonetheless. If you’ve played through New Game+ on Deathmarch a few times and are looking for an even bigger challenge, then check out the Enhanced Edition mod.It adds new animations, new ways to charge and flank your enemy and even new ways to parry. Filed Under &Skyrim: Special Edition brings a prettier Skyrim to Xbox One and PlayStation 4, but many people are hyped about the fact that console players to change up their games. While mods are somewhat limited on console, there’s still a good range to choose from. Let’s take a look at a few of the best. Carry all of the things (PS4 and Xbox One)You’ll never be overburdened again with this mod. It adds a ring with 1,000 extra carry weight, and a second with 1,000,000 carry weight. You can purchase the rings for 200 GP from Belethor’s General Goods in Whiterun. Falskaar offers a host of new adventures. (Xbox One)This mod adds an entirely new land mass and questline for you to explore. It’s all fully voice acted and features new spells, a new shout, and about 30 hours of new content. It’s a beautiful display of modder creativity. Turn your neighbor into a goat. (PS4 and Xbox One)The Phenderix Magic Evolved mod adds 370 new spells to your spellbooks. Skyrim Legendary Edition ModsThere’s a plethora of new elemental spells, and you’ll be able to summon any creature you may have encountered in Skyrim. It offers new ways to use spells, too. You can turn enemies into helpless animals, or send them on a journey through space and time. Swords of power (Xbox One)Folks love a, and that’s exactly what you’re getting in the Power Greatswords mod. The Forgotten City is a worthwhile 'Skyrim' expansion (Xbox One)The Forgotten City’s brand new six- to to seven-hour story sees adventurers solving a murder mystery in a city deep beneath the earth. It’s fully voiced and boasts an original soundtrack. On top of that, the story is non-linear, forcing you to even travel through time and navigate the twists and turns of moral dilemma. It’s an impressive feat in modding, to be sure. Stomp out all of those bugs (Xbox One)Skyrim might have gotten an overhaul, but that doesn’t mean the game is. (PS4 and Xbox One)This mod fixes a simple, but often highly annoying problem players experience in the game — broke merchants. It’s pretty frustrating when you’re trying to sell off the sweet treasure you’ve just uncovered, only to find that most of the merchants in town can’t even afford to take it off your hands. The Rich Merchants mod solves that by increasing merchants’ gold counts to 10,000. Go take a hike, lazy-pants. (PS4 and Xbox One)If you’re serious about immersion in your Skyrim games, look no further than the Just Walk mod which, well, forces you to walk everywhere rather than resort to Fast Travel. It blocks fast travel messages and disables fast travel options for most of the base game. If you’re looking to explore, there’s no better mod than this one right here. Who's a good boy? (Xbox One)You’ve probably played through Skryim at least twice. If that’s the case, you might be sick of the opening hour of the game in which you’re a convict headed to the chopping block. Alternate Start gives you a few more options at the beginning of the game to make things a bit more interesting. The mod lets you skip Helgen altogether and choose from a number of different backgrounds that will ultimately affect your character’s story. And now for a journey.
